The Jonas Brothers band consist of three brothers Kevin Jonas, Nicholas 'Nick' Jonas and Joseph 'Joe' Jonas. They were originally from Wyckoff New Jersey, where Kevin was born. Whilst Joe was born in Arizona and Nick in Texas.

Nick Jonas was originally working as a soloist and on Broadways when Columbia Records signed him but also discovered that 'Kevin' and 'Joe' also had musical talents. The three brothers decided to join together and make a band.

On August 8th 2006 the Jonas brothers released their first debut album "It's About Time" with Colombia records. But changed to Hollywood record and had an opportunity to record for Disney. They recorded a single 'Year 3000' for the movie 'Meet the Robinson's' which was released on March 30th 2007. Also made video clips for the cartoon American Dragon and The Jungle Book.

On August 7th 2007 the Jonas Brothers released their second album 'Jonas Brothers'and their songs including 'S.O.S' and 'Hold On' became a hit.

On August 12th 2008, the boys released their third studio album titiled 'A Little Bit Longer' which was also the title of a song written by Nick Jonas on his struggle with diabeties.

On June 15th 2009, the boys hope to release a fourth album titled 'Lines, Vines, and Trying Times' and also will embark on their first world tour alongside Jordin Sparks and Honor Society.

The Jonas Brothers have even crossed over to the TV side of things with their series JONAS debuting on May 2nd, 2009. The show focuses on their struggle of being normal kids and teen pop icons. The show will even introduce their younger brother Frankie, 8, and bodyguard BIG Rob.

February 27th was a big day in Jonas history as the boy's 3-d concert film opened in theaters.

The three boys: Kevin, 21, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16 say that they owe all their success to their loving fans worldwide.
